- Latest company management accounts
- Annual Financial Statements for your company for the last two years
- Your business bank statements for the last 6Months
- Your personal bank statements for the last 3months
- Accountants letter confirming directors income
For the loan to be approved, the director must have a good credit record. An additional source of income separate from the business will definitely improve your chances
